Project Management
The Project Management module allows task creation and assignment based on roles, project creation with detailed operations using a customizable form, Gantt, charts for easier project and production planning and tracking.

TASK CREATION
Tasks can be created and assigned based on user roles, with columns representing each task status.

PROJECT CREATION AND TEMPLATES
New projects can be created and saved as templates for future use, with a form guiding through each operation within the project.

GANTT
Two types of Gantt charts are available: one for production and project distribution, and one for project operations, showing tasks with estimated and calculated time durations.

INTERNAL / EXTERNAL CALCULATIONS
Create internal and external calculations for projects with estimated prices and time. After completion of the project, each project cost can be compared with a dedicated calculation.

MACHINE VISUALIZATION
A 2D visual layout of machines in the factory, showing machine positions, machine, and project status with operators assigned to the specific machine.

REPORTING
Generate daily, monthly, and yearly reports, with the option to choose a period and KPIs for the report.

COMPLETE HISTORY
Full history of each project and log actions, including creation, deletion, and changes made within the system.
Logistics and Warehouse Management
The Logistics module offers a comprehensive approach to warehouse management and material handling. It includes task assignments for warehouse workers, material tracking, and inventory history for efficient warehouse and production operations.

Users can create multiple warehouses for different categories like raw materials, finished goods, and semi-finished products.

A 2D visual representation of the warehouse layout, displaying storage positions and the items stored in them.

Complete history of warehouse movements and material handling.
Manufacturing
The Manufacturing module offers an integrated approach to managing production tasks, machine layouts, project assignments, and personnel distribution. It provides tools for planning and visualization of production processes and tracking project progress.

DASHBOARD WITH CUSTOMIZABLE WIDGETS
The homepage of the manufacturing module displays a dashboard with widgets. Each widget shows a production characteristic chosen by the user, and they can adjust the layout of these widgets for a personalized experience.

The Gantt chart allows users to plan and visualize projects, with easy drag-and-drop functionality for project and personnel assignments.

MACHINE LAYOUT
View the layout of production machines and their positions, providing a clear understanding of the operational setup.

PROJECT ASSIGNMENT TO MACHINES
Users can assign projects to specific machines via a split screen interface. On the left side, a list of unassigned projects is displayed, while on the right side, a production Gantt chart shows free slots on machines for easy drag-and-drop project assignment.

PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENT TO MACHINES
Similar to project assignment, users can assign workers (CNC operators) to specific machines and shifts. The layout of the production floor is displayed, and personnel are assigned through the left side of the screen to the appropriate machines on the right.

HISTORY TRACKING
As with other modules, the history of changes and activities is tracked, providing a detailed record of production events for analysis and reference.
Maintenance
The Maintenance module provides an efficient solution for managing machine maintenance, scheduling preventive actions, and tracking spare parts. Users can view machine layouts, plan maintenance tasks, and monitor machine health.

Track and maintain the concentration of emulsion (coolant/lubricant) on each machine for optimal performance.

Maintain an inventory of spare parts and components required for machine upkeep, allowing users to add new parts as needed.

Sales and Procurement
The Sales module facilitates the entire sales process, from inquiries to orders, including task creation, reporting, and tracking KPIs for performance evaluation. Users can create partner profiles and manage sales forecasts.

Quality Control
The Quality Control module ensures that all products meet quality standards by tracking inspections, measuring equipment, and calibration. It includes task management for inspections and a detailed reporting system.
